冯先祥，男，1976年10月生，中国台湾，现任新萄京81707官方网站特聘副研究员。剑桥大学博士。研究领域为政治科学史、社会与政治理论史、现代中国等。已出版包括“专业化：理解近代中国政治学史的新视角”（学海）、“国际法会及其历史之初探（1912-1916）”（政治大学历史学报）、“同中有异的社会科学中国化: 蒋廷黻与萧公权之对比”（国史馆馆刊），与“Self-Disciplining China with the Scientific Study of the State: Lu Zhengxiang and the Chinese Social and Political Science Association, 1915-1920”（History of Science）等中、英文论文和书评。
